Our Executive Head Chef, Sercan, is originally from Turkey & he creates all of our delicious recipes at Sonya! Our menu is inspired by fishermen, farmers, and family tavernas across the Aegean from Bodrum to Naxos and Izmir to Santorini.
Try our Wagyu Beyti Sarma which comes with a delicious Wagyu skewer wrapped in thin flatbread, on a bed of garlic yogurt, topped with scotch bonnet sauce and burnt butter. Our meats are antibiotic-free, and our animals enjoy the freedom of pasture life.
We also have shakshouka baked eggs on our all-day brunch menu & charcoal wood-fired meats, fish, and veggies on our evening menu.
Mixed in amongst these Turkish delights are our brunch signature dishes like avocado on toast, folded eggs, treacle glazed bacon breakfast, greek sausage breakfast, and a Wagyu brun brioche.
